We paid AUD$68 pp and that was after a 20% winter discount. Money from the sales go into the conservation efforts of the wildlife in Phillip Island. We had a great trip out to the seal rock where there were about 5000 seals during the winter period. While the whole thing supposedly lasts 2 hours, we only had about 30 mins to watch the seals.
